Add a report writer type facility to enable users to create custom reports
OBA and DMO had reporting facilities to enable users to create custom reports without having to ask for a particular report to be created by developers.
This is a good product but it seriously lacks reporting features.
Any grid should be exportable to CSV for ad-hoc reporting.
For example we would like to know what is the postage cost for each batch then reference that back to what we charged the customer based on our order number reference.
The only way to do this is by manually getting the cost of each batch and looking up each order in that batch , then comparing to the internal system data.
