I had this problem too and was told it was because I was using the most up to date version of Microsoft Edge on Windows 10! I was told that "Firefox or Chrome" were the "best" platforms to use! Customer Service suggested I do the normal IT type fix for this sort of problem which is to close the browser and re launch it! It did as it happens in my instance work and I now close and re-open the browser before I open C&D and have had no further issues.....
