  1. Feedback for new Click & Drop page interface

    I was sad to see that the old interface will be retiring on 31 Jan as I much prefer that interface when it comes to user friendliness.
    May I suggest the following to add to the new interface:

    1) add a Country option in columns so that I can sort the orders by Country, this was present in the old interface but not the new one.

    2) allow the expanding of further information of an order within the page itself, instead of opening to a new tab. (an expand all button would be great too) I've looked into the settings…

  3. Support Adding Credit to Accounts to Reduce Card Payments

    Have the abililty to pre load the account with funds so that we don't have to authorise a credit card transaction or paypal transaction every time we produce a label

  4. Stop tracking numbers being generated for non-tracked services

    Tracking numbers have recently started being generated for non-tracked services (e.g. BPL2 2nd Class). These are then being exported into integrated marketplaces, breaking the tracking functions and causing a large number of customer complaints and confusion.

    Can this please be corrected as soon as possible.

  5. Scan ALL RM48 and RM24 2D barcodes.

    This situation has persisted for too long. It's imperative that ALL RM 48 and RM24 2D barcodes are scanned. We cannot accept liability for lost items when the postal service fails to scan them. While we can claim for the postage, it would be significantly advantageous if these 2D barcodes were consistently scanned upon delivery. Many remain unscanned, and Royal Mail's excuse of it not being a priority is unacceptable. Their latest advertisement emphasizes the importance of their services for businesses, including the choice of delivery speed and online delivery confirmation.   6. Please add the delivered DATE to the manifested orders status column.

    At the moment, the tracking status for delivered items just shows as 'delivered', but it does not show the actual delivered date.

    This would be so useful for an overview and finding out delivered date results for things like ebay cases.

  7. Make the check box for each order bigger on the new orders page

    When scrolling down new orders the check box is so small - cant it be bigger - its easy to click just off it then it opens the order and you have to close it.

    Please make it easier when processing lots of orders but not checking them all.

  8. Update Tracked 24/48 to collected when Business Collection takes place

    Royal Mail Tracked is not tracked when the driver collects. Please can you update the tracking using the manifest when collected not when the packet gets to the super hub the next day?

    It was impemented for personal customers last year:

    Second class post tracking is fine and shows the following message when the driver collects:
    "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item"

    But Tracked 24/48 shows this message until the next day or later on Royal Mail tracking:

    The sender has advised they have despatched your item to Royal…

  9. Retain selected items after applying postage

    If you tick certain orders in the 'New Order' folder and apply postage to an order all the ticked items are de-ticked.

    It use to be that these ticked items were retained as ticked. Please change this back.

  10. Calculate 'CN22 Item Weight Total' as sum of Contents

    CN22 Item Weight Total is for the total combined weight of the items inside the package. The contents of the package. It should not be the same as the weight as shown on the postage label.

  11. Make the manifest smaller, its wasted paper.

    Let's streamline the manifest; it's just wasted paper. Handing it over to the postman feels pointless since Royal Mail already has a digital copy. Once the collection driver scans it, it's just trash. Why not replace it with a barcode or 2D code on a label? Maybe 3 or 4 with all info in the codes? The driver or the drop-off point can scan it. We're moving towards a waste-free society, yet this manifest is unnecessarily large with too many spaces. A bunch of tracking codes serves no purpose. Postmen confirm these manifests are redundant once scanned. Let's make them…

  12. Print barcode labels Instead of paperwork

    So I think something should be done about the required paperwork from click and drop. It is a massive pain having to use a printer only for my click and drop paperwork. I was thinking what if maybe you could do something with just the 4x6 labels like print off barcodes that can be cut out and stuck on tags for each bag and when they are scanned it will bring up the manifest data.

  13. Order checkboxes not de-selecting

    When multiple orders are selected to generate labels they then move to the 'Orders ready for despatch' section. When you view that section the checkboxes for those orders are sill selected. As I have discovered, when you go to delete a single order from the three dot menu within the order, any other orders with checkboxes still selected are also deleted. This is a major flaw and does not happen in the old interface.

  14. Stop automatically manifesting orders after business hours

    It is currently 01/11/23 at 19:27, and my orders which I printed around 30 minutes ago have been automatically manifested.

    Why are they being manifested after business hours?

    People like myself who do not have any time to complete orders earlier in the day have to deal with customer service emailing me threatening to add extra fees. If you do not offer an after-hours service, don't bother to force this upon people. It makes no sense.

  15. Allow order numbers to be copied on the new click and drop interface

    In the new click and drop interface you are unable to copy the cutsomers order number. There are instances where when applying the postage you need to double check something back on the channel interface, and doing a search on the order number is the easiest way to find a customers reord. Functionality was available on the old style page was available and disappeared from the new one.... very frustrating and time wasting for users!

  17. change the flow when postage is applied to multiple orders.

    When applying postage to more than one orders it takes you to the batches/batch details page. Once postage is applied please just have it go straight back to orders like it does when applying postage to a single order.

  18. In manifested orders, show what the price of the postage was.

    When I read my statement it is hard to work out what each package cost to post. I have to look at the statement and then try to work out which package each item relates to. It would be much easier to see this information if the cost was shown next to each package.

  19. Please bring back Scroll Position memory

    Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

  20. Make it MUCH easier to find out how much one has actually been charged for each item

    It is far too difficult to find out how much one has actually been charged for an item. If it is on the system at all it is not easy to find.
