Label Generating not working correctly
There appears to be an error often when generating labels. The label doesn't generate which results in having to refresh the page and manually re-generate the paperwork to retrieve the labels. Is this fault experienced by others? Will this be looked into? Thanks.

Not able to print out labels from my Laptop.
I go into my order and select 're-generate paperwork' it shows 3 pdf documents that are black and white, however when I click on them a blue pop up appears at the bottom of my screen saying 'Please wait, we're generating your labels'. After half an hour I gave up.
Won't use this service again.
Still having problems with processing Click and Drop labels. You advised to clear current data when the process stalls but this is still not a guaranteed method and also this shuts down all other work pages opened, most annoying all round. This has to be an issue with your programming. At present it may take up to 4 minutes to print a label and then I have to re-open all of my other work in progress!
Adding a link to contact support doesn't help. You need to make an instructional post with pictures or update your videos and resolve this issue. It is not a user issue. It is not a chrome issue (as I now get the same problem with Edge and with Firefox. It's a Royal Mail Click&Drop issue.
It s not a user problem. I can download other documents with ease. However the hint of another user to use the phone was my solution. This worked. Label was generated and printed.
Having the same issue consistently - had it the other day as well. It worked eventually but I want to get my items sent as I am an etsy seller... Hope they sort it it soon...

Yeah no this is definitely a click and drop problem, not an us problem.

Twice had to get a refund on 16 labels that I tried to print. Typed them all in again and it happened again! Extremely frustrating. Will have to take to post office!
Ridiculously complicated process with endless clicks and navigation to just generate and print a label. Help videos are completely out of date and don't match the website. Printing label sometimes doesn't even work, just shows the spinning wheel forever. Absolute garbage application, it's easier to use the unregistered version!
There is a massive problem with Click and Drop, however, the system has no problems taking your money with ease... Couldn't generate labels using Chrome, on a new laptop. Tried QR code in post office and told 'not supported'! Tried support line - told over 5 min wait... Went home again and managed to print labels using phone. Took back to post office and again, after scanning, 'not supported'! Despite the RM website listing it as a place to print labels for Click and Drop! This is a disaster, as I am trying to send clothes and essentials to a doctor friend who is currently stuck working in the Channel Islands, looking after Coronavirus patients! She cannot leave the island and so this parcel is essential and urgent! I will have to try going to the local distribution office, but it is only open 07-09:00 and is closed tomorrow!
Just registered and used for the first time only to discover this problem of the label not appearing.Ended up cancelling the order and requesting a refund. Reverted back to using Royal Mails non registered version of click and drop label creation. The label works fine on this version but the only problem is there is no option to format the label.It is one fixed size.
Shame the registered version fails as it would be the perfect solution for all my postal needs.

I get this whenever i use the website. Why is there is no option to download or manually print labels? I just use the eBay web page postage instead, as click and drop is frustrating and unusable!

I get this all the time too. it generates labels fine for hours and then .... I can't get it to do it. Have to refresh the page, close the browser, try again. Worst case I have to delete all cookies etc. it happens at least once or twice a day and severely hampers progress. If its a browser error then I have no idea how to fix it.
This is quite a frustrating issue.
It appears every now and then, Click & Drop will just not generate labels and I have to log out and back in again to be able to generate them.
I thought this may have been an issue with our computer as it was getting quite old, but we recently upgraded to a new computer and I have had the same problem
I've had massive issues with the click and drop today.
I keep trying to download labels and it just wouldn't download.
Somehow managed to print out our special labels and had to leave the rest of the orders.
I used a pc/mac chrome/firefox and nothing worked.
Having so many issues with click and drop.
Doesn't appear RM C&D has been updated to support Chrome 80
Now I've switched to Safari it won't generate labels.
click and drop down again unable to do anything to get my orders sorted today sat 7.3.20
Have this issue all the time, usually clears after logging out etc, but not tonight. Really frustrating as I want to get my Etsy orders done and ready.
Same issue. Applies postage to three orders and though it tells me it's generating the labels, no PDF ever appears. Tried logging out and in again, but it makes no difference.
