Label Generating not working correctly
There appears to be an error often when generating labels. The label doesn't generate which results in having to refresh the page and manually re-generate the paperwork to retrieve the labels. Is this fault experienced by others? Will this be looked into? Thanks.

Hi and thank you for your suggestions. We have produced a guide that covers a large number of reasons why labels may not generate successfully:

No click and drop labels generating this morning. Very frustrating when you have customers who want and have paid for things to get there Monday

This happens ONLY when you leave the browser open with an unused active click and drop session for any length of time.
Its not quite long enough for you to be logged out, but it is long enough for this error to happen.
I'm guessing this is a stale cache issue which I've consistently replicated in all browsers.
Open click and drop window, don't use it for say 10-15 minutes, without refreshing the page go about generating your labels and you will see the issue on the last "Label Generation" step.
Glad i moved to a business account and now use the scan and print and auto print features as i no longer am plagued with these bugs.

I am also having this problem on my MacBook in Safari. For me it only happens when the Click and Drop window has been left open for a while, not in use.
I suspect the user session is timing out because looking at the Javascript console while the wheel is spinning reveals multiple HTTP 403 errors - access forbidden. It lets you start the label generation process but doesn't have permission to display the results.
Logging out and in again resolves the problem but still requires the paperwork to be regenerated manually.

I am having the same issue. I'm using a 2017 MacBook Pro & Chrome browser. The progress wheel just spins around & around, labels no longer automatically download & when I need to reposition a label for printing, like you I have to manually re-generate the paperwork.
What used to take me seconds is now a right pain and taking way longer than it should. I contacted RM CS & they said;
"Google Chrome is the recommended browser for Click and Drop but it should work with no issues on all other browsers so I am unable to determine why you are getting the issues on your computer.
Can you please try deleting the browsing history, temporary internet files and cookies and see if that resolves the issue or alternatively try using Google Chrome?"I did this but it did not solve the issue. This issue began happening on 4th February 2019 after the update. Very frustrating!!!
