Please confirm whether post offices accept Click and Drop
Shoplands post office AL8 7RH are now saying that no post offices accept Click and Drop International Tracked and Signed anymore.
Please can you confirm whether this is correct or not?
Hi and thanks for your comment, all Post Offices should except Click & Drop mail with the exception of the Tracked services.
If you have encountered issues, we would urge you to contact the customer service team who will be able to help you:
Post office refusing parcels even though the error is because of click and drop - it just gets worse

I've just received an email advising the 24hr/48hr tracked services can now be bought online.
However, it also tells me that these have to be dropped off at a Customer Service Point.
I have a Post Office 2 minutes walk away but it is not classed as a Customer Service Point so can no longer accept these parcels.
The nearest Customer Service Point is in Helensburgh which is over an hour's drive there and back.
Why can't this go to the local post office? You've just made this service unusable.

If you're driving you can bypass the PO and take straight to the sorting office, where there is usually parking and no queuing

... and then Post Office will say "what is Click & Drop?".

One of the reasons I use click and drop is so that I do not have to queue up at the post office. My old post office would just let me leave the parcels on the side and they would put them in a bag for the collection as they are too large to go in the post box. Unfortunately this post office is closing down and I am left with a main post offices locally who make you queue up to simply give them the parcels. This defeats the object, especially as there is nowhere to park at this post office so you risk getting a parking ticket by parking outside on double yellow lines! If the Post Office introduced some sort of bag system at the front of the queue where you could put your parcels without having to queue I am sure this would help alot of people.
