RM and online sellers are in the same boat. We are calculated that about 10% of the customers abuse the system and claim that they not received orders. RM cover this loses, but it would be much more easier if the address would be marked as a risky and this will allow RM and sellers to save money.
@Cameron I was just thinking about setting something like that on Sunday. My idea was using something simple like Wordpress, the first post would be the postcode only, so
The first is probably better as it would be more natural, some people do not use a space in the postcode.
Members could then comment and private message each other to collaborate on action.
As long as actual house numbers / personal information was not shared publicly it should be ok, but may need legal checks.
I doubt that RM will implement this.
We are working on a website that will allow eBay/Amazon/Website sellers to submit usernames addresses of INR customers.
This data will be hashed and you can perform searches and submit reports. Obviously something like this would take a lot of reports to work but we build something similar which worked over time.
It would help if RM scanned ALL labels on delivery.
