Make it much clearer and easier to select whether an item is to be collected or dropped off. This is not, currently, at all clear.

I have had great difficulty trying to find how to deselect the default collection of items and have, on a number of occasions, ordered postage and been told when it is to be collected even though I thought I had selected drop off. This is very annoying as I then have to waste more time cancelling the collection.
