Issue with Parcel Drop-Off Confirmation Screen
I am experiencing an issue with the parcel locker service. Every time I post a letter, a screen appears asking, “Did you load the Parcel?” with options to select YES or NO.
• Regardless of what I press, a random locker compartment opens.
• Sometimes I receive an email confirmation that the parcel was dropped off, but other times I don’t get anything.
• I am unsure whether I should press YES, NO, or ignore the message altogether.
While my parcels have been received so far, I don’t always get proof of posting, which is concerning. I need guidance on what I might be doing wrong and how I can ensure the drop-off process works correctly and consistently.
