  1. Re-instate 'Product Details' into the batches page

    Since this function has been removed our order processing time has dramatically increased.

    Historically, we would batch our orders into product types, and then within the batches page, we would open that batch and it would show each product description, so we can quickly note the size or colour etc for each order.

    Since this has been removed, we either have to open each order individually, or we have to head back to the marketplace of each order and search for each one.

    Please re-instate this.

  2. Import Shopify orders for specified locations only

    We have a Shopify setup with multiple locations - retail stores and an ecommerce warehouse. At present Click and Drop pulls in orders for all locations, regardless of the location selected for the integration. This means that our retail store orders come in to Click and Drop as well and are in danger of being duplicated. Please only import orders for the specified location.

  3. Per item postage costs from OBA on reporting

    The reporting tool on the C&D page is great - it shows absolutely everything you need, except how much you have been charged to actually send the item.

    I appreciate that the 2 systems, C&D and OBA invicing are separate, but if the C&D system is able to show you which Sales Order an item is attributed to, is there not a mechanism by which you can attach the cost of sending each item to the report?

  4. CSV download

    All of your reports are available as XLS downloads - can you please offer these as CSV downloads, so that they are able to be imported into other systems?

    We run multiple systems and would look to import tracking details into accounting systems, and online shopping systems, and they all take CSV as the standard format for any data import. Currently we have to download the XLS, open it in Office, and export as a CSV.

  5. Allow order numbers to be copied on the new click and drop interface

    In the new click and drop interface you are unable to copy the cutsomers order number. There are instances where when applying the postage you need to double check something back on the channel interface, and doing a search on the order number is the easiest way to find a customers reord. Functionality was available on the old style page was available and disappeared from the new one.... very frustrating and time wasting for users!

  6. Incorrect tax calculations for international orders via Shopify and Click&Drop integration

    We've identified inaccuracies in tax calculations for international orders within the Royal Click and Drop system. Despite our Shopify platform accurately pricing and taxing orders, an additional tax amount is being erroneously added when processed through Royal Mail Click and Drop, resulting in incorrect totals.

    To illustrate this issue, please see the following order example:

    1. Within our international Shopify order, item prices are clearly displayed, with the subtotal in EURO inclusive of tax at €17.99. The total order value is €102.80, equivalent to approximately £87.82 based on the current exchange rate.

  8. add Shipping Service to Despatch note

    It would be great for us to have the name of the shipping service for the order added to the despatch note under the barcode.

    This means when we take the label off the integrated sticker paper and stick it on the parcel we can check that the service on the thermal label matches the order. We use this with the Scan and print function.

    We are an online jewellery store and the despatch notes on C&D help unify all our selling platforms. I.E NOTHS, SHOPIFY, WOOCOMMERCE

  9. Bug - Click & Drop "County" field not generating on labels

    When generating labels from an order, the "County" field is now ignored and not present on the label whatsoever. I assume this is an error with the latest update and should be present as it must surely help the sorting offices?

    EG:

    Address from eBay/orders shows as:

    John Smith
    147
    Road Name
    WITHAM
    ESSEX
    CM1 2AB

    but label now omits "Essex" completely, so it's showing as:

    John Smith
    147
    Road Name
    WITHAM
    CM1 2AB

    This can't be right, surely?

  10. Train the helpdesk staff

    I'm not contacting the helpdesk with basic queries. Unfortunately that's all they can handle though as anything more than this renders the helpdesk useless.

    The staff are dismissive, rude and do not know how C&D works.

    There's long wait times on the phone, days wait for email replies. My guess would be that no one is getting queries answered properly and it's taking a number of tries to get any resolution.

    Train your people Royal Mail so we don't have to suffer this frustration.

  11. Make it possible to copy a tracking number

    If you are not using TikTok integration you have to manually add the tracking nuber to each order. The problem is you cannot copy the tracking number because its a hyperlink, so you have to either go into each order to get the tracking or click the hyperlink. Th eproblem with this is is takes you to the Track and Trace site and perform the track and trace function automatically. This will have a negative impact on the track and trace site.   12. apply postage within a batch without going back to main page every time!

    Currently, in the old (better) C&D system, you can group together a bunch of orders as a batch, go into that batch and individually add postage without leaving that batches page. Now trying the Beta as it's being switched over permanently at the end of the month and when I press 'Apply' after selecting postage & filling in customs info etc for an order, it takes me back to the main orders page instead of just applying and closing that line so I can continue through the batch. I have to click back into 'Batches', 'Apply Postage' for the batch…

  13. Please bring back Scroll Position memory

    Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

  14. allow direct access to channel reference from customer order

    On the old click and drop system you were able to access the channel reference from which the customer had placed the order by clicking on the channel reference link which would be either Ebay, Amazon or our own website. This gave a direct link to the actual order placed by the customer. It also made it very easy to contact the customer if needed to discuss aspects of their order placed as well as view the actual items purchased by the customer.   15. make it easier for users to leave feedbacks on C&D, without having to make a new registration.

    I have just made a 1-line user feedback on how C&D works. To do that I had to register my email address, confirm the email link, set a new password and then log in. I am surprised I went through with it all. I'm sure there are a large number of people who got put off and stop trying to give you the feedbcack, as I would be myself most of the time.   17. Filter by channel in batches

    We have a lot of Channels that we send items to every day and they have to be manifested separately. Due to the new and "improved" version of the site, checking batches now unticks selected batches. This has now made it harder to find group the channels together. I would prefer if you could just keep functionalities of older versions, but if you prefer making changes then allowing us to filter by channel in the batches section would be great.

    The latest updates to Click & Drop desktop randomly forgets your password when the app starts up.

    It may be related to Click & Drop Desktop updating, or Windows updates, however it never used to happen and is very annoying when you rely on the service being on!

  19. Feedback for new Click & Drop page interface

    Unfortunately the new interface is a downgrade form what we had.
    Once we select an order we want to add shipping method to, it takes you to a new page where you do not see what the order product was. So you have to go back again...unnecessary extra steps.
    these new designs should not be done by people that don't actually use the platform. You are making changes that make things easier for Royal Mail but harder for the customers. Totally illogical..

    This is another point that makes us move more of our business to other couriers..

  20. Package Format - after sorting stay the same as user default

    Please Please make the columns in the new dashboard stick by user-selected input like it used to

    We batch all items of the same weight/ type together and print the labels
    We sort package column by weight
    as soon as the postage is applied we have to go back to the list via the dashboard
    The package column now resets itself to order number by default so I have to re-sort

    I did this 37 times today
    Please make it like it used to and stay in the order the user selects
