  1. Allow optional collection or drop off instead of default collection

    I have to remove collection from my basket every time I send an item. Our items are dropped off. If I forget this wastes the time of mail staff calling to collect mail that has already been dropped off.

  2. Tracking status

    Tracking status, Click & Drop says this feature has been completed, but when I go to Reports, Manifested orders. The tracking status header is showing but there is no tracking information. Can this be sorted out as this would be very useful feature to keep check on the progress of our tracked mail we send via C&D without having to check each item individually .

    Since the last update the tracking number is no longer returned in the results csv when importing orders with Click & Drop Desktop.

  4. Allow sorting labels/orders by the product name/SKU

    You can sort by anything but not by product name or SKU. That would allow us to have the same items to pack one by one, not in unorganised order.

    When using the "Book a collection" service, It would be nice if the scan that the postman did on collection would update the tracking status.

  6. Support Cloning Despatched Orders

    Often, a customer returns a despatched item to swap for a different size, etc. It is currently not possible to generate a new label using the name & address details from an existing despatched order. Instead, the label for the replacement item needs to be created from scratch manually. Suggest providing a new option in the drop-down "action" box when looking at a past label order, to create a new label order using the same name, address and contact details.

    Hello, thank you for your suggestion. We are currently adding the ability to 'clone' manifested orders which will allow you to create new orders and labels with the same details as a previously manifested order.

  7. Ability to Filter the Collections Grid

    "My collections" shows a number which are past their collection date, I would like to be able to remove these - especially ones where the associated tracked delivery has been "delivered". (Why can't the system do this already).

    I would like to be able to remove or flag as completed the ones which I know have been done so that my outstanding list shows only valid collections.

    Additionally, how do I inform someone if I have a collection and no-one has arrived to make that collection, as this is quite frustrating after waiting at home all day.

  8. return label option

    Hi
    Could we have a way we can just click on issue returns label for items already sent it will then bill us and allow us to send to our customer, as at current we have to purchase a returns label on personal click and drop, as unregistered account to purchase one. you already have all the information needed on parcel weight and size. just need the option added using the same information but going from them to us.

  9. Country of Origin codes

    Under Settings/Customs, the drop down menu for Country of Origin needs to separate Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK (GB).
    Since January 2022 the Country of Origin code for Northern Ireland is XI.

    For GB it is XU.

  10. Paperless Manifesting

    Instead of printing paper for manifested orders, you could print off a thermal label with a unique 2D barcode for each mailbag that help identify the date, manifest and account holder.

  12. Be able to Manifest all or some items in a batch

    We have 175 items in a batch. All labels have been generated and items are ready to post. However 43 items are for overseas which we currently are unable to despatch due to Royal Mail. I can't just select the UK orders and Manifest. Should be able to Manifest items within a batch

  13. Stop Auto-Filling Customs Description

    The customs description "auto looks up" based on commodity code and replaces the description on the labels printed.

    However the description against a code is not necessarily the actual contents. For example 9209940000 covers parts and accessories for music equipment described in 9207xxxxxx and it automatically puts "guitar knob" every time on the documents despite me entering an accurate description "Electronic display for music synthesizer".

    It means that the package is returned by the destination countries customs agents, due to an inaccurate contents' description.

  14. Pull Shopify Fulfillments for Shopify Subscription renewals

    The C&D Shopify integration needs to be updated to pull in shipments for both new Order and Fulfilment events to work with Shopify's new Subscription APIs.

    We are using the Shopify subscription APIs on our shop and when a subscription is renewed, Shopify adds a fulfilment to the existing order, they DO NOT create a new order. So none of the subscription renewals are being sent through to Click & Drop.

    Would it be possible for you to update your integration to cover this so that you are pulling in the data for both Order events and Fullfillment events in…

  15. Special Delivery Orders not being marked as despatched after manifesting

    An ongoing issue that means when a special delivery order is manifested it is not getting marked as despatched. Therefore if there is any delay for these orders, the tracking states RM are still expecting the shipment, even though they already have it. Doesn't happen with RM24, they are showing as despatched as normal, only seems to affect Specials,

  16. Provide an option to report errors

    On the top menu have a "report a problem" option. When a system error opccurs it is extremely difficult to inform you about it, you should make it easier for customers to help you. They face a problem, they report the problem immediately, it is logged and you monitor the logs and take action. Your Status Page show everything fine yet I am unable to process payment, I go to down detector and find others have same problem... this should be visible in the site and customers will make life easier for you and visibility of issues makes it easier…

  19. Allow pre-payments to be made on Click & Drop

    With the number of times Click and Drop payments have been down recently, my feature request is pre-pay. Parcelforce allows you to you add money to your postage account in advance. Each time you buy a label, the amount is deducted from this.

    If my feature request was implemented, it would allow us to generate labels as normal when the payment system is down, and reduce the number of statement lines for us to reconcile for our bookkeeping.

    This would be a game-changing feature for non-OBA Click and Drop users.

  20. Display Future Despatch Date After Applying Postage

    When we are not getting a collection on the day we are applying postage, we change the dispatch date but we are unable to check that the correct dispatch date has been entered for all orders. If there was a way to see the dispatch date that had been applied this would be beneficial so we could re-apply the postage to any that were not correct.
