I was sad to see that the old interface will be retiring on 31 Jan as I much prefer that interface when it comes to user friendliness.
May I suggest the following to add to the new interface:
1) add a Country option in columns so that I can sort the orders by Country, this was present in the old interface but not the new one.
2) allow the expanding of further information of an order within the page itself, instead of opening to a new tab. (an expand all button would be great too) I've looked into the settings…20 votes

At the moment, the tracking status for delivered items just shows as 'delivered', but it does not show the actual delivered date.
This would be so useful for an overview and finding out delivered date results for things like ebay cases.11 votes
When scrolling down new orders the check box is so small - cant it be bigger - its easy to click just off it then it opens the order and you have to close it.
Please make it easier when processing lots of orders but not checking them all.5 votes
If you tick certain orders in the 'New Order' folder and apply postage to an order all the ticked items are de-ticked.
It use to be that these ticked items were retained as ticked. Please change this back.

When multiple orders are selected to generate labels they then move to the 'Orders ready for despatch' section. When you view that section the checkboxes for those orders are sill selected. As I have discovered, when you go to delete a single order from the three dot menu within the order, any other orders with checkboxes still selected are also deleted. This is a major flaw and does not happen in the old interface.4 votes

It is currently 01/11/23 at 19:27, and my orders which I printed around 30 minutes ago have been automatically manifested.
Why are they being manifested after business hours?
People like myself who do not have any time to complete orders earlier in the day have to deal with customer service emailing me threatening to add extra fees. If you do not offer an after-hours service, don't bother to force this upon people. It makes no sense.7 votes
In the new click and drop interface you are unable to copy the cutsomers order number. There are instances where when applying the postage you need to double check something back on the channel interface, and doing a search on the order number is the easiest way to find a customers reord. Functionality was available on the old style page was available and disappeared from the new one.... very frustrating and time wasting for users!4 votes
I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?
It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.6 votes
The latest updates to Click & Drop desktop randomly forgets your password when the app starts up.
It may be related to Click & Drop Desktop updating, or Windows updates, however it never used to happen and is very annoying when you rely on the service being on!5 votes

Please Please make the columns in the new dashboard stick by user-selected input like it used to
We batch all items of the same weight/ type together and print the labels
We sort package column by weight
as soon as the postage is applied we have to go back to the list via the dashboard
The package column now resets itself to order number by default so I have to re-sort
I did this 37 times today

Correctly Calculate 'CN22 Item Weight Total' & 'Postage Label Weight'. Add 'Package Weights' to Account.
CN22 Item Weight Total is for the total combined weight of the items inside the package. The contents of the package. It should not be the same as the weight as shown on the postage label. These are separate things and should not match. This needs fixing ASAP as it can negatively impact customs processing.
CN22 Item Weight Total can easily be calculated from the uploaded products in the system.
Item 1 = 10g
Item 2 = 10g
Item 3 = 10g
Total weight = 30g

This is causing havoc with my accounts package. If I have to pay an extra 16pence, it should be taken off at source, as it is difficult to balance books with an after the fact transaction.5 votes
Please can you look at 'unmarking' the despatched items. We're a small business who didn't get authorised for a OBA account even though we have been trading since 2015 but we send a lot of samples to nurses and clinics etc. Once they have despatched and the label created it would be nice not to have to go in and manually unmark all the boxes in the Beta set up as if we've just sent 30-40 samples and you miss just one its a pain to have to start again at the top. Please add a setting to pre-tick "Include Post Office drop off in price" for all orders and also include the setting in API and dropbox integration so that we don't need to edit every tracked 24 order imported and then tick the box manually.4 votes
Currently, in the old (better) C&D system, you can group together a bunch of orders as a batch, go into that batch and individually add postage without leaving that batches page. Now trying the Beta as it's being switched over permanently at the end of the month and when I press 'Apply' after selecting postage & filling in customs info etc for an order, it takes me back to the main orders page instead of just applying and closing that line so I can continue through the batch. I have to click back into 'Batches', 'Apply Postage' for the batch…2 votes
Why is the electronic customs declaration only for 8 items? Probably it is enough if to send abroad a small parcel. But if to send a big parcel of 5 or more kg, then it is a tricky to declare all items. Could you please improve the declaration adding more lines to declaration.2 votes
We've been using customs code 95041000 for video games for years in the default setting for click & drop

The last two international orders have description of contents: 'packing tape' insead of 'video games' and code '3919100951' instead of 'video games' on the CN22 generated by click & drop. Please can you look into this as it must be a change at your end e.g. defaulting to a generic description/code rather than the one in our settings.7 votes
