  1. Option to Print Integrated Labels on A4 and CN22 on a 6x4 Label

    If you choose Integrated Labels this means it has to be on A4, which means the CN22 has to be on A4 as well.

    I want to print the CN22 on 6x4 using a different printer - but the option is greyed out.

  2. Print Customs Declaration & Address Label Together

    It's really confusing & awkward to have one sheet (or 10) of address labels & one sheet (or 10) of customs labels. Matchign them up can be a PITA & very time consumng

    Why can we not have the Address and Customs label of the same package side by side ?

  3. Make Despatch Date Editable

    If you are unable (or forget) to mark your posted item as dispatched on the day it is dispatched, the date you mark it is automatically inserted. If it is a couple of days later (after a weekend), the displayed dispatch date will be incorrect. Being able to correct this would be useful.

  4. Planned despatch Date Default to Last Selected Date

    When using the Planned despatch date option - Please add a Checkbox Option to Hold last Used Date for the session.

    Particularly at the end of the month when the Planned despatch date is on the next month it would make using the Planned despatch date quicker and more efficient

  5. Allow Combination of Multiple Orders into A Single Parcel

    We occassionally get Ebay customers making several separate orders, all for the same address. Obviously we combine the orders into a single parcel to save on postage and so that the customer receives the orders together. However, it is a real pain to do this in Click and Drop. Currently, we have a customer that has ordered 3 items, each as a separate order. This means I have to edit one of the 3 orders in C&D. Then I have to delete the other 2 orders. Then at the end of the day I have to remember go into Ebay…

  6. Customer (Receiver) EORI field should be added as field in the address book

    Our address book contains saved details for regular customers, covering 99% of our orders. With the upcoming Windsor Agreement, an additional field should be introduced in the address book to store customers’ EORI numbers. This would eliminate the need to manually enter the EORI each time an order is created. Instead, it should be saved within the address book and automatically populated when placing an order, ensuring a more efficient and seamless process.

  7. Duplicate Name identifier

    We have people, every single day that buy numerous products and check out individually every time. It's hard to find these peoples name in 1000 orders unless we really check them. It would save royal mail delivering to the same people 3/4 times if there was an alert for the same name or post code. We could then put them orders together and send in one package.

  8. make the shipping Cost option editable on the Address details Page

    When you manually enter an order on Click and Drop there is an option for the Shipping Cost Box.
    After an order is entered there is no option to enter a cost in this box.
    I propose The Shipping Cost should be available to edit on the Address details page.

    Import Shopify Order tags and allow for updates coming through. Tags are used on orders in Shopify to manage deliveries including planned shipping dates.

  10. Include Stock Location on Order Details

    It would be very helpful to add the Stock Location to the order details screen. Currently if you want to make use of the Stock Location entry in the product data, you have to browse each product to find the location which isn't a very helpful workflow.

  11. Post Codes formatting errors

    Please post code formatting errors, because post code entered like this: PP5 5XZ where double space is included generates errors.
    So you will need to add filtering RegEx rules to handle this without generating errors. Also the lady on Royal Mail line 0345 2661 004 told me that the eBay customers often enters double city like London London which also generates some errors. I did not experienced any issues like this but address handling should be generally improved and as a developer I know this is easy and possible to achieve. Wondering why this is not done already.

    When making a batch it would be good to have the option to change the name of it so on the batches page they can be differentiated easily and I can print the one I want.

    On the new Orders list, there is no option to see the postage paid. Even when you go into the order you no longer see it. It seems the only way to find out is to reprint the shipping label.

  14. Incorrect tax calculations for international orders via Shopify and Click&Drop integration

    We've identified inaccuracies in tax calculations for international orders within the Royal Click and Drop system. Despite our Shopify platform accurately pricing and taxing orders, an additional tax amount is being erroneously added when processed through Royal Mail Click and Drop, resulting in incorrect totals.

    To illustrate this issue, please see the following order example:

    1. Within our international Shopify order, item prices are clearly displayed, with the subtotal in EURO inclusive of tax at €17.99. The total order value is €102.80, equivalent to approximately £87.82 based on the current exchange rate.

  15. Print barcode labels Instead of paperwork

    So I think something should be done about the required paperwork from click and drop. It is a massive pain having to use a printer only for my click and drop paperwork. I was thinking what if maybe you could do something with just the 4x6 labels like print off barcodes that can be cut out and stuck on tags for each bag and when they are scanned it will bring up the manifest data.

  16. Train the helpdesk staff

    I'm not contacting the helpdesk with basic queries. Unfortunately that's all they can handle though as anything more than this renders the helpdesk useless.

    The staff are dismissive, rude and do not know how C&D works.

    There's long wait times on the phone, days wait for email replies. My guess would be that no one is getting queries answered properly and it's taking a number of tries to get any resolution.

    Train your people Royal Mail so we don't have to suffer this frustration.

  17. Make it possible to copy a tracking number

    If you are not using TikTok integration you have to manually add the tracking nuber to each order. The problem is you cannot copy the tracking number because its a hyperlink, so you have to either go into each order to get the tracking or click the hyperlink. Th eproblem with this is is takes you to the Track and Trace site and perform the track and trace function automatically. This will have a negative impact on the track and trace site.     Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

  19. Allow non business to use PDDP (Postal Delivery Duty Paid) service

    Smaller businesses that don't send frequently are currently barred from using the OBA and have to use the personal account click and drop. Yet its small businesses that are less likely to have their own IOSS set up and need or want to use a DDP service.

    I send less than 20 a week but a large part of them are international and high value. I would like the have the option to ensure the customers don't get extra charges on delivery.

    This is offered by many couriers, why not Royal Mail? Limiting the service to OBA members cuts out…

  20. allow direct access to channel reference from customer order

    On the old click and drop system you were able to access the channel reference from which the customer had placed the order by clicking on the channel reference link which would be either Ebay, Amazon or our own website. This gave a direct link to the actual order placed by the customer. It also made it very easy to contact the customer if needed to discuss aspects of their order placed as well as view the actual items purchased by the customer.
