  1. Refunded labels appearing in the 'New Orders' section

    After purchasing a label I occasionally have to cancel the label due to my customer changing the address, cancelling the order etc. After the label refund request has been accepted and refunded the order appears in the 'New Orders' section. This is very annoying because these old orders get lost amongst all my new ones and I accidentally repurchase the label! Starting the whole refund process again.

    Please stop sending orders from refunded labels back into the new orders section.

  2. Allow sending of email notifications after items are dispatched

    Customers often ask me to resend the tracking info. There is no way to do this currently. If there was a simple click box to do this, it would be great.

  3. Automatically Remove Despatched Orders from Click & Drop, if Marked as Despatched at Marketplace.

    When orders are marked as dispatched on eBay, Etsy, or Shopify, they should automatically be removed from the "awaiting dispatch" section in Click and Drop.

    Currently, orders remain in the pending section even after being dispatched through these platforms, which causes confusion and extra work. Improved marketplace integration is needed to ensure Click and Drop reflects only the orders that are still awaiting dispatch.

  4. change the flow when postage is applied to multiple orders.

    When applying postage to more than one orders it takes you to the batches/batch details page. Once postage is applied please just have it go straight back to orders like it does when applying postage to a single order.

    Please increase the image size in the product details column. It is so small at present it is very hard to distinguish what the product really is.

  6. Order checkboxes not de-selecting

    When multiple orders are selected to generate labels they then move to the 'Orders ready for despatch' section. When you view that section the checkboxes for those orders are sill selected. As I have discovered, when you go to delete a single order from the three dot menu within the order, any other orders with checkboxes still selected are also deleted. This is a major flaw and does not happen in the old interface.

  7. Search box results ordering is random ( can we have by most recent please)

    Dear Support, When using the Search box on the website to find recent orders, when I search for Stuart for example, the results are not in date or order number and show up randomly. Can the results be listed in most-recent order/date please?

  8. Custom 'Shipping Service' Names

    Allow us to rename shipping services, so it's easier for users to recognise what service is for what. For example, I have the following services I use regularly;

    Tracked 24
    Royal Mail Tracked 24 LBT

    Now I know it's a Royal Mail service, so it's not necessary to say that... LBT, unbeknownst to me until recently, means it's a letterbox item - ie, large letter. I would love to be able to rename them to;

    Tracked 24 - Parcels
    Tracked 24 - Large Letters

    You can add aliases (make sure you don't use spaces....) although this is only for use…

  9. Add option to Mark Collections as Delivered / Completed

    I have spoken to customer services who have recommended I go through this feedback link as there is nothing they can do. We have two "active" collections where the packages have already been collected and been delivered, so want to either cancel them or move them to "completed" just to keep our active booked collections clear and tidy with just actual collections we are waiting on to make things easier to manage. One of the collections has an amend or cancel option, however I keep getting an error message saying an unexpected problem has occured, with a different reference number…

  10. Support More Than 2 SKUs On 6x4 Labels

    A lot of our customers buy several items at once.

    The SKU area on the 6x4 thermal label only shows 2 of the SKU in total.

    We use the SKUs on labels as a packing list.

    The character limit for SKUs is 100, but only 2 of our SKU appear on the label (approx. 10 characters) and there is still plenty of space for them all to be printed. If there is space available for 100 characters on the label.

  12. Be able to Manifest all or some items in a batch

    We have 175 items in a batch. All labels have been generated and items are ready to post. However 43 items are for overseas which we currently are unable to despatch due to Royal Mail. I can't just select the UK orders and Manifest. Should be able to Manifest items within a batch

    Why can't I see booked collections linked to items on the dashboard. I have the email confirming the collection and apart from that only the payment record. Nothing about the status - late etc.

  16. Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label

    As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:

    (a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
    (b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.

    Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.

    It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

  18. Add Custom Label Positioning to OBA / Business Accounts

    If you buy the suggested labels - 4 per page - you cannot choose the position of the label.

    If you have small order numbers, you end up with lots of label sheets with unusable labels. This is wasteful. Bizarrely, personal accounts are able to customise the position.

  20. Allow User to Specify Order Status Shopify Orders Import For

    We would like an option for Click & Drop to fetch orders from Shopify which are marked as 'payment pending'.

    We have a lot of account customers who get an invoice with their order.

    Royal Mail only downs the order if it marks as paid which means we send it via DHL instead.

    The DHL Shopify integration has options to let you choose which orders to download.
