Duplicate Name identifierWe have people, every single day that buy numerous products and check out individually every time. It's hard to find these peoples name in 1000 orders unless we really check them. It would save royal mail delivering to the same people 3/4 times if there was an alert for the same name or post code. We could then put them orders together and send in one package. 5 votes

Make it easier to see the postage paid on ordersOn the new Orders list, there is no option to see the postage paid. Even when you go into the order you no longer see it. Incorrect tax calculations for international orders via Shopify and Click&Drop integrationWe've identified inaccuracies in tax calculations for international orders within the Royal Click and Drop system. Despite our Shopify platform accurately pricing and taxing orders, an additional tax amount is being erroneously added when processed through Royal Mail Click and Drop, resulting in incorrect totals. To illustrate this issue, please see the following order example: - Within our international Shopify order, item prices are clearly displayed, with the subtotal in EURO inclusive of tax at €17.99. The total order value is €102.80, equivalent to approximately £87.82 based on the current exchange rate.

In manifested orders, show what the price of the postage was.When I read my statement it is hard to work out what each package cost to post. I have to look at the statement and then try to work out which package each item relates to. It would be much easier to see this information if the cost was shown next to each package. 5 votes

Allow non business to use PDDP (Postal Delivery Duty Paid) serviceSmaller businesses that don't send frequently are currently barred from using the OBA and have to use the personal account click and drop. Yet its small businesses that are less likely to have their own IOSS set up and need or want to use a DDP service. I send less than 20 a week but a large part of them are international and high value. I would like the have the option to ensure the customers don't get extra charges on delivery. This is offered by many couriers, why not Royal Mail? Limiting the service to OBA members cuts out… 5 votes

Allow order numbers to be copied on the new click and drop interfaceIn the new click and drop interface you are unable to copy the cutsomers order number. There are instances where when applying the postage you need to double check something back on the channel interface, and doing a search on the order number is the easiest way to find a customers reord. Functionality was available on the old style page was available and disappeared from the new one.... very frustrating and time wasting for users! 5 votes

apply postage within a batch without going back to main page every time!Currently, in the old (better) C&D system, you can group together a bunch of orders as a batch, go into that batch and individually add postage without leaving that batches page. Now trying the Beta as it's being switched over permanently at the end of the month and when I press 'Apply' after selecting postage & filling in customs info etc for an order, it takes me back to the main orders page instead of just applying and closing that line so I can continue through the batch. I have to click back into 'Batches', 'Apply Postage' for the batch… 5 votes

Click & Drop Desktop Forgets PasswordThe latest updates to Click & Drop desktop randomly forgets your password when the app starts up. Support Permanent Setting To Include Post Office Drop-Off In PricePlease add a setting to pre-tick "Include Post Office drop off in price" for all orders and also include the setting in API and dropbox integration so that we don't need to edit every tracked 24 order imported and then tick the box manually. 5 votes

Allow Changing Orders From Despatched to Label GeneratedIf a user has accidentally moved an order to Despatched, you can no longer book a collection for it. We batch our collections and purchase these at the end of each day, but if another user has accidentally marked a label as dispatched we cannot add it to the collection for the following day. Allow User to Specify Order Status Shopify Orders Import ForWe would like an option for Click & Drop to fetch orders from Shopify which are marked as 'payment pending'. We have a lot of account customers who get an invoice with their order. Royal Mail only downs the order if it marks as paid which means we send it via DHL instead. Impliment Two Factor/Multi Factor AuthenticationMany services online now support two factor authentication via either Google Authenticator methods or SMS. This helps protect our account and customer data held within it. make the shipping Cost option editable on the Address details PageWhen you manually enter an order on Click and Drop there is an option for the Shipping Cost Box. 
 After an order is entered there is no option to enter a cost in this box.
 I propose The Shipping Cost should be available to edit on the Address details page.4 votes

Include Stock Location on Order DetailsIt would be very helpful to add the Stock Location to the order details screen. Currently if you want to make use of the Stock Location entry in the product data, you have to browse each product to find the location which isn't a very helpful workflow. 4 votesThank you for your suggestion. Refunded labels appearing in the 'New Orders' sectionAfter purchasing a label I occasionally have to cancel the label due to my customer changing the address, cancelling the order etc. After the label refund request has been accepted and refunded the order appears in the 'New Orders' section. This is very annoying because these old orders get lost amongst all my new ones and I accidentally repurchase the label! Starting the whole refund process again. Please stop sending orders from refunded labels back into the new orders section. 4 votes

Allow sending of email notifications after items are dispatchedCustomers often ask me to resend the tracking info. There is no way to do this currently. If there was a simple click box to do this, it would be great. 4 votes
