Delete Orders Using the API
The Delete function is currently only available to Channel Shippers, why is it not available to API connections and can this be made available.

Add Custom Label Positioning to OBA / Business Accounts
If you buy the suggested labels - 4 per page - you cannot choose the position of the label.
If you have small order numbers, you end up with lots of label sheets with unusable labels. This is wasteful. Bizarrely, personal accounts are able to customise the position.

Allow User to Specify Order Status Shopify Orders Import For
We would like an option for Click & Drop to fetch orders from Shopify which are marked as 'payment pending'.
We have a lot of account customers who get an invoice with their order.
Royal Mail only downs the order if it marks as paid which means we send it via DHL instead.
The DHL Shopify integration has options to let you choose which orders to download.

Option to Print Integrated Labels on A4 and CN22 on a 6x4 Label
If you choose Integrated Labels this means it has to be on A4, which means the CN22 has to be on A4 as well.
I want to print the CN22 on 6x4 using a different printer - but the option is greyed out.

Make Despatch Date Editable
If you are unable (or forget) to mark your posted item as dispatched on the day it is dispatched, the date you mark it is automatically inserted. If it is a couple of days later (after a weekend), the displayed dispatch date will be incorrect. Being able to correct this would be useful.

Planned despatch Date Default to Last Selected Date
When using the Planned despatch date option - Please add a Checkbox Option to Hold last Used Date for the session.
Particularly at the end of the month when the Planned despatch date is on the next month it would make using the Planned despatch date quicker and more efficient

Make the manifest smaller, its wasted paper.
Let's streamline the manifest; it's just wasted paper. Handing it over to the postman feels pointless since Royal Mail already has a digital copy. Once the collection driver scans it, it's just trash. Why not replace it with a barcode or 2D code on a label? Maybe 3 or 4 with all info in the codes? The driver or the drop-off point can scan it. We're moving towards a waste-free society, yet this manifest is unnecessarily large with too many spaces. A bunch of tracking codes serves no purpose. Postmen confirm these manifests are redundant once scanned. Let's make them…

Print barcode labels Instead of paperwork
So I think something should be done about the required paperwork from click and drop. It is a massive pain having to use a printer only for my click and drop paperwork. I was thinking what if maybe you could do something with just the 4x6 labels like print off barcodes that can be cut out and stuck on tags for each bag and when they are scanned it will bring up the manifest data.

Make it MUCH easier to find out how much one has actually been charged for each item
It is far too difficult to find out how much one has actually been charged for an item. If it is on the system at all it is not easy to find.

Put the warning back on Orders with address Issues at checkout
Why have you removed the warning triangle from the payment page where there is a character Click & Drop doesn't like?
I've been trying to process a payment, but it just hangs on the payment processing page and doesn't accept the payment or create the labels.
Because the warning triangle has disappeared I didn't realise that the issue was in an address.
Better yet, stop not allowing orders that have a hyphen or comma.

apply postage within a batch without going back to main page every time!
Currently, in the old (better) C&D system, you can group together a bunch of orders as a batch, go into that batch and individually add postage without leaving that batches page. Now trying the Beta as it's being switched over permanently at the end of the month and when I press 'Apply' after selecting postage & filling in customs info etc for an order, it takes me back to the main orders page instead of just applying and closing that line so I can continue through the batch. I have to click back into 'Batches', 'Apply Postage' for the batch…

Search box results ordering is random ( can we have by most recent please)
Dear Support, When using the Search box on the website to find recent orders, when I search for Stuart for example, the results are not in date or order number and show up randomly. Can the results be listed in most-recent order/date please?

Custom 'Shipping Service' Names
Allow us to rename shipping services, so it's easier for users to recognise what service is for what. For example, I have the following services I use regularly;

Add Ability to Adjust The Column Widths On Order Details Table
Currently, when you expand 'Order Details' to see a table of the contents of the order, the columns have fixed, uniform widths.
There's no way to adjust them manually, and no text wrapping, so if the contents of one cell is too long, it gets cut off and there's no way to read it.
Having all the columns uniform/the same width means that there are big spaces around the 'Quantity' and 'Price' fields (which are generally only a few characters long), and then 'Product name' is squeezed into the same width and cut off.

Bug: Editing Customer or Product Details Not Reflected In Saved Products & Address Book Entries
When you edit the customer address / product details during create an order, if you delete a line of text, it shows correctly on screen. However, the printed label (and entry in the address book) has the original line of text rather than the blank field.
The only way around this is to edit the address / product data in the address book / product list before creating a new order.
This needs correcting, as I often end up having to request a refund for labels because of this.

Postage Method
In the new BETA C&D when applying postage we must be able to see what postage method the buyer has selected. In the non BETA version we can slightly scroll up and can see what the postage method is, usually Royal Mail 48 but this changes if the buyer upgrades to RM24 and so on.
On eth BETA version we cannot see what postage method needs to be applied to an order on the 'Apply Postage' page.

Support More Label & Document Sizes
Have different options for label size and layout to suit common thermal label sizes, particularly for letter small parcel click and drop. If QR code has to be particular size consider having on separate label.

Show Address Book Entries in Search Results
We are a new user to Click & Drop having moved from a different system & are very impressed with how it operates.
We are finding it time-consuming having to click on each individual funnel (on each column) to search through records by typing customer's postcode, order number, receiver's name, or company name to find entries.
Would it be possible to have our Address Book data searchable in the main grey search box on the top right-hand side, with the results shown under a heading ‘Address book’, as it is for ‘Orders’, ‘Pages and actions’ & ‘Help’.

Provide VAT Receipts / Credit Notes For Refunds
Accounts teams need a receipt or credit note for refunds and this doesn't seem to currently be available through click and drop.
