make sure only services actually available in a country appear on the services list
When generating labels to international customers, the list seems to have every service on it, even ones that are not actually available to a country.
This has been a glitch in the past and was fixed, but it seems to have come back and although I emailed someone about it twice, a month later it's still happening.
I can't keep having to look up which tracked/signed services are available to a country every time I do a label.

Please sort this out. When I send through DHL Global mail, I don't have these issues. The customer wanted a little faster but it looks like it will take twice as long now as it's been 10 days since we sent to get the item back.
This is terrible.
I wanted to send a packet to Guadeloupe and had to check what services were available.
Looked on Click and drop and assumed they all were.
I checked on the RM online price checker and that indicated that signed for but not tracked.
So clearly the technology is and has been available but not transferred to CnD.
I finally had to check with our account manager and she confirmed that CnD still does not have this functionality and suggested using the handy map checker https://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-tracked-signed/coverage
Seriously, it's pretty poor to have to look at a map when the tech is available.
Yes, sat here with 3 parcels having been returned due to C&D issuing incorrect labels! Why not re-route via services you can offer?
