  2. add Shipping Service to Despatch note

    It would be great for us to have the name of the shipping service for the order added to the despatch note under the barcode.

    This means when we take the label off the integrated sticker paper and stick it on the parcel we can check that the service on the thermal label matches the order. We use this with the Scan and print function.

    We are an online jewellery store and the despatch notes on C&D help unify all our selling platforms. I.E NOTHS, SHOPIFY, WOOCOMMERCE

  3. Book a Collection For More Than 10 Items

    I send 15-30 parcels each time, and I need to book it in batches of 10. Can you increase the limit please?

    It confuses the postie, as the see a few parcels to collect, but there is over 20 I give, as it booked under a different code, so they do not see how may in total they will collect.

  4. Bug - Click & Drop "County" field not generating on labels

    When generating labels from an order, the "County" field is now ignored and not present on the label whatsoever. I assume this is an error with the latest update and should be present as it must surely help the sorting offices?

    EG:

    Address from eBay/orders shows as:

    John Smith
    147
    Road Name
    WITHAM
    ESSEX
    CM1 2AB

    but label now omits "Essex" completely, so it's showing as:

    John Smith
    147
    Road Name
    WITHAM
    CM1 2AB

    This can't be right, surely?

  5. Put the warning back on Orders with address Issues at checkout

    Why have you removed the warning triangle from the payment page where there is a character Click & Drop doesn't like?

    I've been trying to process a payment, but it just hangs on the payment processing page and doesn't accept the payment or create the labels.

    Because the warning triangle has disappeared I didn't realise that the issue was in an address.

    Better yet, stop not allowing orders that have a hyphen or comma.

  6. Add a declaration box for those sending restricted items to tick

    When sending restricted items (a carving knife as part of a set in my case), the customer is asked to use the age verification service. However, having done that and before paying, they are asked to tick a box saying "I confirm that I am not sending any item that is prohibited or restricted in the UK or overseas", thereby in effect asking the customer to lie and thus potentially break the law because they ARE sending a restricted item. I have been told that what it means is that they are not sending a restricted item that doesn't comply…

  7. Train the helpdesk staff

    I'm not contacting the helpdesk with basic queries. Unfortunately that's all they can handle though as anything more than this renders the helpdesk useless.

    The staff are dismissive, rude and do not know how C&D works.

    There's long wait times on the phone, days wait for email replies. My guess would be that no one is getting queries answered properly and it's taking a number of tries to get any resolution.

    Train your people Royal Mail so we don't have to suffer this frustration.

  8. Make it possible to copy a tracking number

    If you are not using TikTok integration you have to manually add the tracking nuber to each order. The problem is you cannot copy the tracking number because its a hyperlink, so you have to either go into each order to get the tracking or click the hyperlink. Th eproblem with this is is takes you to the Track and Trace site and perform the track and trace function automatically. This will have a negative impact on the track and trace site.   9. apply postage within a batch without going back to main page every time!

    Currently, in the old (better) C&D system, you can group together a bunch of orders as a batch, go into that batch and individually add postage without leaving that batches page. Now trying the Beta as it's being switched over permanently at the end of the month and when I press 'Apply' after selecting postage & filling in customs info etc for an order, it takes me back to the main orders page instead of just applying and closing that line so I can continue through the batch. I have to click back into 'Batches', 'Apply Postage' for the batch…

  11. Reduce Font Size on Address Label

    When sending letter size packets to the US, I sometimes get them returned as "address does not exist". After some discussion with customers and their local postal service, it appears that USPS ONLY reads the last 4 lines of the address.

    Therefore if the first line of the address goes over 2 lines, their automated systems cannot find the full address (as it is now 5 lines long) and simply return the post!

    This does not happen on Large Letter / Small Packet as the font appears to be smaller.

    Please bring back Scroll Position memory when the order page is refreshed. It saved countless time during the day and reduced mistakes. When the order page is refreshed it now sends you back to the top of the page, its very frustrating, please change it back.

  13. Allow non business to use PDDP (Postal Delivery Duty Paid) service

    Smaller businesses that don't send frequently are currently barred from using the OBA and have to use the personal account click and drop. Yet its small businesses that are less likely to have their own IOSS set up and need or want to use a DDP service.

    I send less than 20 a week but a large part of them are international and high value. I would like the have the option to ensure the customers don't get extra charges on delivery.

    This is offered by many couriers, why not Royal Mail? Limiting the service to OBA members cuts out…

  14. allow direct access to channel reference from customer order

    On the old click and drop system you were able to access the channel reference from which the customer had placed the order by clicking on the channel reference link which would be either Ebay, Amazon or our own website. This gave a direct link to the actual order placed by the customer. It also made it very easy to contact the customer if needed to discuss aspects of their order placed as well as view the actual items purchased by the customer.   15. Include Printed Paper Rates for International Postage

    I haven't been able to find an option to send "Printed Papers" small parcels weighing over 2kg to International addresses.

    It should be possible to pay a supplement for each additional 250g up to 5kg but I haven't been able to find a way of doing it using Click & Drop.

  16. make it easier for users to leave feedbacks on C&D, without having to make a new registration.

    I have just made a 1-line user feedback on how C&D works. To do that I had to register my email address, confirm the email link, set a new password and then log in. I am surprised I went through with it all. I'm sure there are a large number of people who got put off and stop trying to give you the feedbcack, as I would be myself most of the time.   18. Filter by channel in batches

    We have a lot of Channels that we send items to every day and they have to be manifested separately. Due to the new and "improved" version of the site, checking batches now unticks selected batches. This has now made it harder to find group the channels together. I would prefer if you could just keep functionalities of older versions, but if you prefer making changes then allowing us to filter by channel in the batches section would be great.

    The latest updates to Click & Drop desktop randomly forgets your password when the app starts up.

    It may be related to Click & Drop Desktop updating, or Windows updates, however it never used to happen and is very annoying when you rely on the service being on!

  20. Feedback for new Click & Drop page interface

    Unfortunately the new interface is a downgrade form what we had.
    Once we select an order we want to add shipping method to, it takes you to a new page where you do not see what the order product was. So you have to go back again...unnecessary extra steps.
    these new designs should not be done by people that don't actually use the platform. You are making changes that make things easier for Royal Mail but harder for the customers. Totally illogical..

    This is another point that makes us move more of our business to other couriers..
