I'm a regular ebay customer, in the last 4 months click and drop and reduced the filter charecters, this means that I can no longer print my orders in batches it tooks months of phone calls to work out what had gone wrong. Simply put a job which I could used to do in under an hour is now taking me 8 hours due to this change, this is REALLY not cool. please get this fixed, and increase the chareecters on search filter again. Royal Mail Data Breach 1st of November
Today I received a call from another business using Royal Mail click and drop business dashboard stating they can see my orders and personal customer information.
I have then gone onto the dashboard orders page and seen 14 different companies which I have screenshots of all the data for proof.
What the **** has happened, this is an extreme breach of data. We will be in contact with the legal team with this vast amount of data.

Show the Parcel ID in Click and Drop
As Amazon now seems to require the Parcel ID entering for STL Large Letter orders (for Valid Tracking Rate) we really need the Parcel ID to appear in Click and Drop and also the Despatched/Manifested order reports. At present we can only retrieve this from the label above the 2D barcode.
We don't use the Amazon integration so even if the Parcel ID now gets passed automatically to Amazon we cannot make use of it.

Please add 1st Class shipping/tracking numbers to the orders like tracked orders
Hi, would it be possible to add the shipping/tracking number for regular 1st Class postage to the orders in the same way that it is for "tracked" orders please? I don't need fully tracked, I only need the delivery status, but I need that number synced with Shopify so that Paypal releases my funds when an order is delivered to the customer. It's such a pain to have to enter them all in manually every day. It would be so helpful if this was implemented. Thanks a lot

Merge and Split Orders
Please implement a function to merge and / or split orders.
218 votesHello. Please be aware that the IOSS scheme prohibits the merging or splitting of orders for the purposes of shipping. If your intended use is for shipments to the EU where the order is shipped under the IOSS scheme, you will be unable to merge or split orders for shipping.

Ensure that the Status Page link is correctly and speedily updated
Today 29th January Click & Drop has not been allowing purchases for the last two or three hours. There are multiple instance on DownDetector of your customeres trying to report this problem, but the status page is still saying "Jan 29, 2023 No incidents reported today."

Support Booking Collection With Buying Postage Label
As it stands I have to go through two separate processes to:
(a) pay for postage of a package in Click & Drop
(b) go to a different screen to book a Collection.Could you please integrate these two processes so we can optionally arrange and pay for a collection when we buy the postage.
It will make our workflows shorter; we only have to pay once rather than twice under the current system. This will save us time

Amend a Future Despatch Date
As a mailing house we often future date orders so we can fulfil the items and print and attach the generated labels. Recently we had 6,000 items packed and ready to despatch but was then informed by our client we could not send the items. However the items would manifest in 2 days time as the future date would be met. There is no option to put items on hold or to add a week or more onto the future date. When i spoke to the help team i was told we would need to re-apply postage and print 6,000…

Support Customising The Order of Documents Generated
Please can you change the Click and Drop label system. We send numerous bulk parcels overseas and it is very confusing when the postage label and customs label are printed separately. We would greatly appreciate this be looked into. Thank you

Support More Than 1 Collection or More Items
I can only book a single collection for any given day with a maximum of 10 items in a given collection.
It would be convenient if more items could be collected in a single booking, or multiple collections booked for a given day.

I currently have to manually enter customs details even though they are already entered on Shopify. Surely the RM Click & Drop should just pull them through?

Smaller Shipping Label Formats
I send parcels to family in Australia and the postage is often significantly cheaper online but if it’s a small package, the label that prints out is too big for the available space. Is there a way to print out a smaller version of the postage label rather than having to pay a higher price at the Post Office?

There's an issue on some of our work pcs where staff cannot filter and search for the products in click and drop.
There's an issue on some of our work pcs where staff cannot filter and search for the products in click and drop. When no filters are set, it shows just 1 product. When we filter to search for SKUs nothing shows up.

Multi select different orders for different products and apply the same postage
As the product weight is already stored I want to be able to multi select DIFFERENT products and apply the same postage. So 20 orders are royal mail tracked 24 but are different products. At the moment you can only do this for items that weigh the same as you have to add the order weight again.

Assign postage rules by product name
I want the system to be able to automatically apply a postal service based on the name of the product. You can do it by price but if a large letter size and a small parcel size has the same price then it wont work.
As the order comes in I want it to know what service it is usually sent on and applies it automatically.1 vote -
Edit Package Contents use entered item weight
New products in WooCommerce don't carry over the item weight to Click and Drop.
For example: my 'New Item' is 20g, but my total package weight comes to 150g, after I apply postage it stores 'New Item' weight as 150g - the weight of the whole package.
If I go to 'edit package contents' and enter the 'New Item' weight (20g), BEFORE I apply postage, it still stores "New Item' weight as that of the whole package.
Is there a way of making it remember the correct weight?1 vote
